The Common Facilities Recreation Centre ("the CRFC") is shared by PCC 110 and our sister building Peel Condominium Corporation 170 (1515 Lakeshore Rd. East).
The CFRC houses:
a swimming pool (currently closed)
a whirlpool (currently closed)
saunas
a squash court
a cardio room and a weight room
a ping pong table.
These are located on the B1 level between our building and PCC 170. The Recreation Centre is accessible through the B1 level garage on the south side directly across from the entrance into the building.
You will need your main access fob to enter the Centre.
Hours of Operation
Monday-Sunday (7 days per week)
General hours: 6:00 am - 11:00 pm
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (16 years or older) at all times.
Guest(s) must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Guest(s) includes: any non-permanent resident [friend or family member(s)].
Please do not track dirt and mud from your outdoor shoes into the gym. This may damage the machines. Reserve a pair of shoes for indoor workouts only.
Reservations for the squash court are taken in the recreation centre on a first come, first serve basis. The squash court and ping pong table are located on the lower level down the hall from the main activities.

Alternatively, you can submit an Action Request Form. This will be received by the office, who will forward relevant items to Patch.
The pool area is currently closed for repairs. We will advise on developments as they occur. Engineering are examining the problem (as required by law) and no decisions have been made yet.
The pool is part of the CFRC. Hours of operation, regulations regarding children and guests, and contact information are the same as for the rest of the CFRC (see above).
CAUTION
THIS POOL IS UNSUPERVISED. BATHERS UNDER TWELVE YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHIN THE POOL ENCLOSURE UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR HIS OR HER AGENT WHO IS NOT LESS THAN SIXTEEN YEARS OF AGE. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF BATHERS ON THE DECK AND IN THE POOL SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN.

The Book Hub is open to all residents from 9 am to 9:30 pm every day. It's your "go-to" place for the whole family for pleasure reading and last-minute research topics.
We have a large selection of mysteries, spy and espionage novels, romances and cookbooks. We have an ever-growing selection of children's books for infants to beginning readers and beyond. And we now have a special teen and young adult section!
Simply borrow what you want (no signing out), return when finished, and donate any of your own books which you no longer want.
PCC 110 documents such as newsletters and Board meeting minutes are also available in the Library.

The Library is coordinated by the Book Hub, a group made up of volunteer residents.
Kick back and relax! Here you will find a pool table, shuffleboard and a dart board, as well as plenty of videos and a large-screen TV.
You will need your main access fob to enter the Games Room.
Residents are asked not to bring food or drinks into the room. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Hours of operation and regulations are posted next to the entrance door.
Please note that the Games Room is located off the Party Room, so it's not accessible when the Party Room has been booked for another purpose (e.g. yoga classes, meetings, private events).
The building's party room is located on the west side of the main floor.
The party room is available to resident owners for a fee. There are established regulations concerning the use of this facility which are included in the party room rental agreement which the unit owner will be asked to sign when the room is reserved.
Various Corporation-sponsored functions are also held in the party room, such as the annual Holiday Party. The Coffee Hour meets in the party room.
You will need your main access fob to enter the Party Room.
The Party Room must be reserved through the Management Office.
The guest suite will sleep up to four adults - ideal for your overflow guests. This suite is available for rental for a period not to exceed three consecutive nights.
A crib is available.

The tennis courts are outside to the northwest of the building. Access to the courts is with your common elements access fob.
First come, first serve (no pre-booking). If others are waiting, please observe a 30 minute maximum playing time.
Barbecues are provided for residents of 1535 to the east side of the building on the banks of the Etobicoke Creek.
There are also picnic tables, or you can simply spread out a blanket and enjoy the expansive green space.
To the west of the tennis courts there is a mini-hockey court and a basketball hoop.
The Hobby Room is located on B1 level. There is a table saw provided. You must bring your own blades. Use of the room is to be booked through the Management Office or superintendents.
A cold water tap is provided in the north east corner of the visitor parking lot for your convenience. This is usually available from May [as soon as any danger of frost is over] until the autumn.
There is a coin-operated laundry room on the B1 level. Hours of operation are posted on the door.
There are a limited number of storage lockers available to unit owners. They are located on the garage levels and at most times are fully taken. However, if you would like a locker, please leave your name at the Management Office and you will be notified when a locker becomes available.
A limited number of bicycle racks are available in the B1 level of the garage. Please register with the management office and you will be notified when a rack becomes available.
