Due to COVID and government restrictions against gathering, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 2019-2020 fiscal year (October 1 2019-September 30 2020) was held electronically on January 27, 2021.

President's Report

Election of Directors

Elected to the Board were Milovan Bozovic and Alan Gollom for a three-year term each, and Max Kosc for a two-year term.

E-voting

The proposed e-voting bylaw was voted down.

Clarification

During the meeting, GetQuorum (our third-party contractor who facilitated the AGM) briefly showed a spreadsheet on the screen which was a partial and incomplete tally of a vote.

This was an error on their part, and they removed the spreadsheet as soon as they became aware of it.

An image on the screen does not necessarily mean final results, and this image was not presented as the final voting results.
