PCC110 provided our owners with information about the two Class 1 Reserve Fund Studies completed on the Common Facilities Recreation Facility (CFRC). This was the first of several opportunities for our Board to share information with you.

Due to schedules for the engineers and health issues for panelists, this meeting was held online via Zoom.
