Agreement to Receive

PCC 110 Owners may choose to receive official documents from the Corporation by email rather than in print. To do so, you need to provide Management with a completed form: the Agreement to Receive Notices Electronically.

Here's how to do this:

  1. Click the image, or the button below. A new window should open with the form.

  2. Download (save) the form to your own computer, and/or print it.

  3. Fill in the form by hand. (We're working on a fully digital version.)

  4. Deliver the completed form to Management.
