Fire
Call 911 immediately. Then activate the alarm at the closest fire alarm station (see photos).

Call 911.
What constitutes an emergency?
When the situation involves the health and safety of owners/guests/employees or involves a risk to the property or the corporation’s assets. For example:
Fire
Flood (plumbing leakage that requires complete water shut-off)
Major water penetration on the interior walls or ceiling.
Total loss of water supply
Total loss of electricity
Total sewage stoppage
Gas leak
Major collapse of any part of the home’s exterior or interior structure
Make sure you know the location of the fire alarm station nearest you.

COVID Update
On December 26, 2020, the province of Ontario is going back into lockdown. Following the guidance of local and provincial health authorities, during the lockdown our Property Manager Jason Kwan will work mostly from home.
When Jason is working from home, you can reach him by phone or by email using the contact information above. There's more information here about COVID-19 and the building.

Maja is onsite. She coordinates with cleaners for Laundry Room/locker access, etc.
Every second weekend of the month Maja is off. For back-up coverage call Hector (Relief Superintendent) 416.829.7671
Cleaners’ hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 am to 4 pm (combination of light and heavy cleaning).
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 8 am - 12 pm.
