When the situation involves the health and safety of owners/guests/employees or involves a risk to the property or the corporation’s assets. For example:
Fire
Flood (plumbing leakage that requires complete water shut-off)
Major water penetration on the interior walls or ceiling.
Total loss of water supply
Total loss of electricity
Total sewage stoppage
Gas leak
Major collapse of any part of the home’s exterior or interior structure
Make sure you know the location of the fire alarm station nearest you.

Maja is onsite. She coordinates with cleaners for Laundry Room/locker access, etc.
Every second weekend of the month Maja is off.
Cleaners’ hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 am - 4 pm (combination of light and heavy cleaning).
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 8 am - 12 pm.

The Property Management Office (contact information above) is your first point of contact for the Board. Please send your message to the Property Manager, who will review all messages and forward to the Board the ones that require their attention.
You can also fill out an Action Request Form and indicate that your concern is for the Board.
The CFRC is managed by Patch Property Management.
