AGM for 2019-2020

Due to COVID and the government’s restrictions against gathering, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 2019-2020 fiscal year (October 1 2019 - September 30 2020) was held electronically, on Wednesday January 27, 2021.

Elections for Board of Directors

The following three positions were filled at the AGM:

  • one position for a 2-year term

  • two positions for a 3-year term each.

Applications from five candidates were received by the deadline. (During the meeting, other individuals may also decide to run “from the floor”.)

(3) As per the Condo Act, you must provide the Board/Management with:

  • name

  • unit number

  • a short paragraph about yourself and why you wish to be elected to the Board

  • Nomination Form (available here)

  • Candidate Disclosure Form (available here)
