Max was appointed to the Board at PCC 110 in 2020 and is eager to continue to make our Maintenance Fee dollars work harder and more efficiently for us.
"Dear neighbours, my name is Max Kosc, and I would be honoured to represent you on the board of directors.
My work as an entrepreneur and advertising executive puts this role right in my wheelhouse.
In my day-to-day tasks, I shepherd projects of all sizes and degrees of complexity from the embryonic stage to completion.
I routinely build and manage budgets from thousands-of-dollars to several-hundred-thousands of dollars. I define production pipelines and negotiate with vendors from broad specializations (carpenters, designers, manufacturers, etc.) to produce projects with a focus on efficiency and ensuring the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
In a nutshell, I’m a professional leader, problem solver, and communicator.
I was appointed to the board last year and I’m proud of my role in keeping the maintenance fees low, working to make our building safer, and the aesthetic projects to make our home a cleaner and more beautiful place to live.
I believe I can create value for our community by making our maintenance fees work harder for us, so I hope you'll see me as a good fit to represent our interests in PCC 110."
